Runeberg tart

Delicious cake made of flour and almonds with raspberry jam on the top. The tart is named after the Finnish national poet Johan Ludvig Runeberg (1804 - 1877) who, according to the legend, enjoyed the tart with punch. Runeberg's tarts are typical to Finland and are generally available from the beginning of January to Runeberg's birthday on February 5.
